Job Title: Recruiter Domestic Hiring

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our HR team for domestic hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across IT and Non-IT verticals, along with strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for domestic positions across multiple verticals (IT/Non-IT).
  • Source profiles through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow through on feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment (domestic hiring preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Graduation in any stream (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
