Job Title - Associate - Talent Acquisition Experience Required - 4 to 7 Years Location - Indore/ Pune/ Chennai (Work from Office)What will your role look like Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process. Maintain recruitment metrics and generate management reports. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.Good-to-have skills Experience in social media hiring strategies.
