Overview: The Talent Acquisition/HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization's success by identifying and acquiring top talent. Based in Bhopal, this position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the company attracts and hires the best candidates.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing
  • Coordinate with external agencies and job portals
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Conduct and coordinate recruitment events and job fairs
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system
  • Communicate and negotiate offers and employment terms
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring status
  • Build employer brand and talent pools
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Prior experience as a HR Recruiter or in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience in candidate sourcing and networking techniques
  • Proven ability to conduct interviews and candidate assessments
  • Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
  • Professional HR certification is preferred
