Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Screen applications and resumes to select suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administer pre-employment tests and background checks.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and finalize hiring decisions.
  • Advise management on talent acquisition trends and best practices.
  • Foster relationships with universities and recruitment agencies for potential candidate sourcing.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in recruitment practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or hiring specialist.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in assessing applicants' skills and qualifications.
  • Knowledge of current HR trends and technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Adept in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive candidate information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenges proactively.
  • An energetic personality with a positive attitude towards hard work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
