Overview: The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring employees to meet the staffing needs of the organization. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Facilitate the candidate selection process and offer negotiations
  • Manage new employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close offers with candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to recruitment
