Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for an HR Trainee (IT Recruiter). The HR Trainee (IT Recruiter) will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of full-life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT positions. The role also involves technical recruiting and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver suitable candidates.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills
  • Experience with hiring processes and methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhopal
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
