Software Instructor

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Software Trainer / Software Instructor
to join our growing Immigration Law and Product firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new and existing employees on internal HR and operational software, creating structured training documentation, and managing learning schedules and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct software training sessions for
  new hires and existing employees
• Train staff on company systems including:
• greytHR
• MS Office (Basic – Excel, Word, Outlook)
• MYLS
• Multiplier
• Dialer / CRM systems
• Create and maintain:
• Training manuals
• SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Process documents and user guides
• Schedule training sessions, tests, refresher courses, and certifications
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
• Maintain complete
  training records and reports
• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to improve training effectiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Experience or familiarity with
  HR software and corporate tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Fast learner with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Comfortable handling groups and delivering structured training
• Good analytical and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a
  Software Trainer, Corporate Trainer, HR Trainer, or L&D Executive
• Hands-on experience with greytHR, Multiplier, MYLS, CRM/Dialer systems
• Experience in legal, immigration, or consulting firms is a plus
