About the Role

Are you an enthusiastic, organized, and people-driven professional ready to take charge of HR operations in a dynamic tech environment?

At Sky Info Group, we're looking for a female HR Executive / HR Manager who can bring structure, positivity, and energy to our growing team — someone who believes in empowering people and driving performance through culture and communication.


Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination & Tracking

* Manage day-to-day team operations and internal coordination

* Track tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accountability

* Facilitate smooth communication between management and departments

Recruitment & Onboarding

* Post job openings and handle end-to-end recruitment

* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and onboard new team members

* Maintain hiring records and HR documentation

Client & Project Support

* Support basic client communication and follow-ups

* Coordinate timelines and expectations between teams and clients

Administrative & HR Duties

* Maintain attendance, reports, and performance trackers

* Ensure adherence to company policies and processes

* Address basic employee concerns and foster a positive, collaborative work culture


What We're Looking For

* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)

* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities

* Prior experience in HR / Admin / Team Coordination preferred

* Background in IT or tech companies will be an added advantage
