Roles and Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment cycle from job advertisement to onboarding for various levels within the company. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage recruitment plans accordingly. Drive employer branding strategies to position Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt.
