Role & responsibilities

  • Call on company-provided leads to pitch ER4U ERP software
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Explain product features, plans & benefits confidently
  • Schedule product demos with sales/technical team
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp & email
  • Maintain daily call logs, lead status & records in CRM
  • Support in order processing & sales closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demo, onboarding & support
  • Achieve weekly & monthly targets
  • Share market feedback to improve sales outcomes

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1 5 years of experience in:
  • Telecalling / Telesales
  • Inside Sales / Business Development
  • SaaS / ERP / POS sales (Preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills Hindi & English
  • Confident in speaking with business owners
  • Ability to understand software products
  • Persuasive, positive & target-driven attitude
  • Good listening & follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
