Role & responsibilities
- Call on company-provided leads to pitch ER4U ERP software
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Explain product features, plans & benefits confidently
- Schedule product demos with sales/technical team
- Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp & email
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status & records in CRM
- Support in order processing & sales closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for demo, onboarding & support
- Achieve weekly & monthly targets
- Share market feedback to improve sales outcomes
Preferred candidate profile
- 1 5 years of experience in:
- Telecalling / Telesales
- Inside Sales / Business Development
- SaaS / ERP / POS sales (Preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills Hindi & English
- Confident in speaking with business owners
- Ability to understand software products
- Persuasive, positive & target-driven attitude
- Good listening & follow-up skills
- Knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
