Role Overview:
We're looking for a client-focused Relationship Manager to build lasting relationships, drive client satisfaction, and enhance retention. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, resolve issues proactively, and collaborate with internal teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Resolve client concerns efficiently and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor market trends and share insights with clients
- Track client metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback for process improvement

- Professional and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree
- Experience: 3+ years in client relationship management (real estate experience preferred)
- Tech Proficiency: CRM tools, MS Office Suite
