We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to strengthen and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key clients. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills to ensure smooth business operations and alignment with management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and clients to support business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company, banking partners, and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal management and relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of client and bank-related requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve queries/issues raised by banking partners or clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines in all banking and client interactions.
  • Prepare and present reports on client relationships, banking interactions, and progress to management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business ties and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Support negotiations and discussions with banks and clients as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Relationship Manager, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and client servicing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
