Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Customer Experience Manager at Jio Credit Limited, located in Thane. The Sr Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing customer service issues promptly. The role will also involve using analytical skills to monitor and improve customer service metrics, as well as ensuring effective communication with customers and within the team.
