The Sr. Manager – Customer Success will be responsible for driving the successful execution and delivery of technology projects across the organization. This leadership position involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project governance, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The role demands a proactive leader capable of ensuring that all projects — especially in trading platforms and FinTech products — are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Project Management and Customer Success teams, ensuring adoption of best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for trading platforms, FinTech products, and client implementations.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and client-facing teams to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Define project governance frameworks, establish KPIs, and monitor project health (scope, budget, risk, and dependencies).
  • Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and career development opportunities for project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive stakeholder communications and ensure transparent executive-level reporting.
  • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve project challenges to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and client SLAs.
  • Continuously improve project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Support business development initiatives by aligning delivery capabilities with client expectations.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and FinTech product delivery.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing FinTech or BFSI technology projects is highly desirable.
  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise-level technology implementation programs.
