Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Surat. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional tasks include handling inquiries, providing information about products and services, and recording customer interactions in the database.

Qualifications

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in handling calls and customer inquiries
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in database management
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing can be advantageous
