Role Description

This is an internship role for a Telecaller Intern, based on-site at our Surat location. The Telecaller Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, communicating product details, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive client relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and updates. Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Basic knowledge of customer service and relationship management
  • Proficiency in organizing and maintaining client records

  • Fluency in Hindi, English, or other regional languages is a plus
