Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TeleCaller based in Surat. The TeleCaller will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our services. The role involves maintaining a database of customer interactions, generating leads, following up on potential clients, and ensuring excellent communication to build strong client relationships. The candidate must contribute to achieving sales and outreach goals while representing GOEZ with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with clients over the phone.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining organized client records.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including Google and Meta platforms, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools, databases, and call management systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to excel in a target-driven role.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as applicable).
  • Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
