About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (Female) to manage the entire lead generation process and support the dispatch workflow. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, develop new business opportunities, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete lead generation—from prospecting to closure.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through calls, research, and online outreach.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely dispatch and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate data on leads, clients, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or client servicing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic reporting.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and professional in client interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
