Our Digital Consultation services include strategic digital planning, online brand development, digital process audits, and growth advisory.

Our HRM Consultation services include recruitment support, HR strategy design, talent acquisition planning, and workforce optimisation.

Our Technology Consultation includes software advisory, IT system planning, web/app consultation, and digital transformation guidance.

We are expanding our client base, and therefore require a strong Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our online marketing initiatives, manage performance-driven campaigns, and scale our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital strategy, paid ads, SEO, social media campaigns, content marketing, analytics, and conversion optimisation.

This role is perfect for candidates who excel at planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and have a strong understanding of how to generate measurable results through online marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimise end-to-end digital marketing strategies
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to increase organic reach and ranking
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Lead content strategy including blogs, website content, landing pages, and campaign copies
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, website traffic, and lead quality
  • Handle marketing automation tools, CRM integration, funnels, and email marketing workflows
  • Conduct competitor research, trend analysis, and market insights
  • Manage the digital marketing team including content creators, designers, and performance marketers
  • Track analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other tools
  • Present campaign reports, insights, and improvement plans to management
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and technology teams to align marketing efforts

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, Email Marketing, and Content Strategy
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other marketing platforms
  • Experience in managing high-budget paid campaigns, CRM, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling content ideas
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to lead a small team moving forward

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or other digital tools (preferred)
