Talent Acquisition Executive

With a growing client base across multiple sectors, we’re expanding our internal HR team and looking for a passionate **Human Resources Executive** with around **6months-** **1 year of experience** who’s eager to learn, lead, and grow with us.

Your Role as our **HR Executive**, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations — helping us attract top talent, support employee engagement, and strengthen our organizational culture. You’ll work closely with department heads and management to ensure seamless HR processes and meaningful employee experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **end-to-end recruitment**: posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Build **strong employer branding** to attract quality talent naturally, enhancing the company’s visibility.
- Maintain accurate and confidential **HR records and databases**.
- Assist in **employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HR policy implementation**.
- Support **performance tracking, appraisal management, and HR reporting**.
- Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**.
- **Minimum 6 months of HR experience**, preferably with recruitment and general HR functions.
- Experience in **organic talent acquisition** and employer branding strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
