At Jee Sun Corporates we re more than just a consulting firm we re growth partners for businesses across industries We provide strategic solutions in Technology Consulting Digital Marketing Consulting and HRM Consulting helping startups and established firms transform through innovation strategy and people With a growing client base across multiple sectors we re expanding our internal HR team and looking for a passionate Human Resources Executive with around 6months- 1 year of experience who s eager to learn lead and grow with us Your Role as our HR Executive you ll be at the heart of our people operations helping us attract top talent support employee engagement and strengthen our organizational culture You ll work closely with department heads and management to ensure seamless HR processes and meaningful employee experiences Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment posting jobs screening resumes and coordinating interviews Execute organic talent acquisition strategies sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Indeed Naukri and other professional networks Build strong employer branding to attract quality talent naturally enhancing the company s visibility Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases Assist in employee onboarding engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation Support performance tracking appraisal management and HR reporting Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and develop sourcing strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Minimum 6 months of HR experience preferably with recruitment and general HR functions Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Indeed job portals and professional networks for sourcing candidates Experience in organic talent acquisition and employer branding strategies Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools Proactive detail-oriented and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Hands-on experience working with startups and SMEs across multiple industries Exposure to all aspects of HR recruitment and employee engagement Mentorship and training to grow your career in HR Competitive salary with performance-based incentives A collaborative supportive and dynamic work environment Incentives Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
