Job Title Talent Acquisition Executive Department Human Resources Location Bhiwandi Employment Type Full-time Candidate s Can Share Resume on WhatsApp - 8657005459 Hr Abhinandan Rai Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the recruitment process and ensure we attract hire and retain top talent The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing strategies Key Responsibilities Handle the end-to-end recruitment process - from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding Source potential candidates through job portals social media networking and referrals Screen resumes conduct telephonic and initial interviews and shortlist candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements Draft and publish job descriptions and advertisements on various platforms Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain and update the recruitment tracker HR database and ATS Applicant Tracking System Collaborate with the HR team for offer roll-outs negotiations and onboarding activities Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a great place to work Required Skills Competencies Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in-house or agency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong networking and sourcing abilities Familiarity with ATS platforms and job posting sites LinkedIn Naukri Indeed etc Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines Good understanding of HR processes and employment laws Qualification Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition Experience in mention specific industry e g Interior Design Manufacturing IT will be an added advantage Reporting To HR Manager Salary Range 20K-30K Work Days Monday to Saturday Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
