HR Executive - Talent Acquisition Full-Time On-Site Location Wagle Industrial Estate Thane Maharashtra Experience 4 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment About the Company A reputed training and development organization with over a decade of experience in building skilled professionals across technology and business domains We re looking for an experienced HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment and help us attract top talent for our growing team Responsibilities Handle the full recruitment cycle job posting sourcing screening interviews selection and onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions Source candidates using multiple platforms LinkedIn Naukri social media employee referrals consultancies and campus drives Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules Maintain candidate data and status in the ATS system Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill cost-per-hire and quality of hire Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns Ensure hiring processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Negotiation and persuasion abilities Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition IT Non-IT Experience with ATS and HRMS tools preferred Perks Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Medical insurance coverage Employee training and development programs Pick-up and drop facility from Thane station Friendly and collaborative work culture Job Type Full-time On-site Location Thane Maharashtra Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
