Location: Kochi

Responsibilities

A) Handle and verify healthcare professionals' documents required for UK licensing registration.

B) Prepare, review, and organize all client documentation for submission.

C) Coordinate with clients to collect missing or additional documents.

D) Guide clients on required formats, checklists, and process timelines.

E) Assist in filling online application forms and uploading required documents.

F) Maintain accurate records of client files in digital systems and CRM.

G) Track progress of applications and follow up with relevant bodies or partners when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Life Science, Nursing, Administration, or related fields).

Required Skills:

A) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

B) Strong written and verbal communication skills in english.

C) Familiarity with international document formats (transcripts, certificates, verifications).

D) Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously.

E) Computer proficiency (MS office, Google workspace).

F) Experience in overseas education, healthcare licensing, or immigration documentation preferred.

Required Experience

A) 1 to 2 years of experience in documentation, licensing, or overseas consultancy preferred.

B) Candidates with prior experience in UK or healthcare related documentation will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
