Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Kochi for the role of Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, providing high-level administrative support, handling company secretarial duties, and managing communication on behalf of the executive office. This role entails organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and offering customer service support in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, filing, and managing records
- Strong Communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Company Secretarial Work and managing compliance-related documentation
- Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and organizational support
- Proven abilities in providing exceptional Customer Service
- High attention to detail, time management skills, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office and scheduling tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
