Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Stock Market Operations located in Indore. The Manager will oversee daily stock market operations, develop and implement trading strategies, manage portfolios, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, conducting financial analysis, and leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of stock market operations, trading strategies, and financial analysis
  • Experience in portfolio management and risk assessment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and trading platforms
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications such as CFA or related credentials are a plus
