Age: 30+ years

Reporting to: Store Owner ( Come directly to store in between 11am to 4pm)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in sales management within the jewellery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery products—metals, gemstones, design styles, quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused, with ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Handles pressure well; results oriented.
  • Age: Preferably 30 years or above to ensure maturity and experience.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, point-of-sale (POS) / CRM / inventory software familiarity.
