**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Responsible to achieve sales in the assigned territory and comply to the Sales Rules and Regulations of the organization**
- Develop and implement strategies to promote DK Rum, DK Whisky and Lemme White Rum & any new brands in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual goals set by Area Sales Manager/RSM/Sales Head
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and creating a close relationship with customers
- Responsible to achieve secondary volume targets -Brand wise and overall
- Responsible for 100% Retail Outlet Coverage
- Responsible to maintain Outlet Execution standards of the Company (Distribution, Visibility, Shelf share, Merchandising etc).
- Participate in stock requirement
- Responsibility to Liaise with Customers / Retailers/ Depots in charge in a positive and effective way
- Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales and other ad-hoc reports as required
- Monitor customer orders and deliveries
- Responsible to roll out scheme communication (retailers discount etc) and settlement as per company norms
- Assist Area Sales Manager in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc and measure and track results
- Collate market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities and submit to Area Sales Manager
- Keep all customers advised of current sales trends, promotions/deals/programs and special pricing.
- Develop and maintain business relations with Customers / Retailers.
- Updating Competitor activities and Market information regularly to the Management
- Responsible to drive Innovation and Continuous improvements.
- Responsible to conduct basic Shop audit to understand consumer behavior and inform Management on its development.
- Using POP materials in a productive and cost-effective way.
- Responsible to ensure the usage of “Field Assist” app 100%
- Responsible to send reports to the Sales Head / Sales MIS on monthly basis to make analysis of various sales parameters for better sales growth.
- Perform any other task / ad-hoc jobs as may be delegated by the Area Sales Manager / RSM /Sales Head.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales / business development in Liquor & wine industry
- Any Graduate
- Must be computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office.
- Professional with a positive attitude, great organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment.
- Ability to establish working relationships with accounts, in the territory as well as the determination to aggressively grow and expand territory.
- Self-Motivated & Goal orientated with proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals, distribution objectives and creating positive relationships.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
