1. Strategy & Growth Planning
- Build and execute quarterly business development roadmap aligned with hospital revenue goals.
- Identify new growth channels (doctor referrals, hospital tie-ups, health camps, medical tourism, etc.).
- Drive geo-expansion and increase patient acquisition from targeted catchment areas.
2. Doctor and Hospital Partnerships
- Develop and manage a network of referring doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
- Organize CMEs, hospital visits, and relationship-building programs.
- Ensure regular communication, engagement, and retention of doctor partners.
3. Team Leadership & Sales Execution
- Lead a team of field PROs, inside sales/callers, and outreach executives.
- Set daily/weekly targets, monitor field visits, calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
4. Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute OPD camps, awareness events, and tie-ups with NGOs, corporates, and wellness centers.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain MIS and dashboards for all BD activities.
- Track lead source, referral performance, cost per patient acquisition, and ROI metrics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150, ₹200,000.00 per month
