Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Community Managers to ensure smooth student support operations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for student queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee case handling related to courses, schedules, and platform usage.
  • Maintain strong student relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with trainers, academic, and operations teams for seamless support.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure achievement of support KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on student queries, resolutions, and team performance.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in student support/student handling, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving, people management, and case-handling abilities.
  • Experience with CRM or student management systems is an advantage.

Empathetic, student-first approach with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
