Openings are available across US Healthcare, IT Support, Customer Support, International Voice Process, and Non-Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the drive to deliver high-quality service, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails for international clients (voice & non-voice).
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products, services, and technical issues..
- Resolve queries related to US healthcare processes, IT troubleshooting, or general customer support..
- Assist with claim resolution, denial management, and appeals support.
- Ensure timely resolution with excellent customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
- Adapt to process updates, system changes, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Shifts : Rotational Shift (5 days work/2days off)
- Salary - 3LPA TO 6.5LPA
- Immediate Joiners only
