Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market for IT Staffing and Services.
  • Build strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and system integrators.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to align client requirements with consultant availability.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain and grow a sales pipeline and ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business reviews.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing market, MSP/VMS models, and IT consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with recruiting teams.
  • Familiarity with job boards, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
  • Willingness to work US time zones (EST/CST/PST).

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary + commission/incentive structure based on performance.
