About Sales and Business Development Opportunities

Seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead sales operations in the US market. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to lead business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities in the US market for IT staffing and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level and Director-level clients, MSPs, and Prime Vendors.
  • Draft, respond to, and manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Develop sales funnels leveraging AI tools, automation, and collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role

This is not a bench sales role; the focus is on direct business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the US IT staffing and services market.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT staffing and services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and services market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools, automation, and collaboration software to drive sales funnel development.
