
IT Sales Director – US Staffing Solutions

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional with in-depth knowledge of the US IT Contingent Staffing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking and leveraging existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers and HR executives.
- Understand client requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
- Negotiate and close contracts ensuring favorable terms for both client and company.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Stay updated on market trends client needs and competitor strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong existing network of clients prospects and industry contacts in the US.
- Deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle VMS/MSP processes and vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
