We are seeking an accomplished Sales/Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our IT Staffing & Consulting business in the US market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
This is not a bench sales role – we're looking for someone who can leverage their expertise in direct business development, client acquisition, and relationship management to drive growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success in US IT Staffing Sales, with 4-8 years of experience in BDM/Sales roles
- Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS ecosystems and direct client acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
