Job Location:
Madhapur, Hyderabad, India (Work from Office)

Work Timings:
Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Aligned to U.S. Business Hours)

Employment Type:
Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site

Experience Required:
Freshers (0–3 Year) | Recent Graduates Welcome

Salary:


₹15,000 per month (Fixed for Freshers) + Incentives based on performance

Key Responsibilities (Training Provided):

  • Market available
    bench consultants
    to clients, vendors, and implementation partners in the U.S.
  • Identify and analyze job opportunities relevant to consultants' skill sets.
  • Submit consultants to appropriate job openings and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Build and maintain vendor/client relationships.
  • Learn and apply U.S. visa regulations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.)
  • Maintain submission logs and reports using internal tools.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Any Graduate: B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or related field.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (spoken and written).
  • Willing to work in
    night shift
    (US time zone).
  • Interest in
    sales, recruitment, and client management
    .
  • Strong learning attitude and willingness to grow in the IT staffing domain.
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus (not mandatory).
