Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive
System Administrator & DevOps Engineer
to manage our infrastructure, automate deployment processes, ensure high availability, and maintain system performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and server management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor servers, networks, and system performance.
  • Deploy, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Handle configuration management with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Manage containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues in real-time.
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers to optimize application performance and deployment workflows.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows server administration.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Knowledge of database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps-driven environments.
