Job Title

Vendor Development & Operations Executive

Overview

Full time role to source, vet, and manage vendors and talent for multiple ventures across construction, food, and agriculture. Will include field travel. Clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor sourcing and vetting for farm produce, testing labs, packaging, and materials
  • General services sourcing for plumbers, electricians, carpenters, refrigeration, equipment repair
  • Logistics partners sourcing for cold chain, last mile, line haul, and courier
  • Rate negotiations and final terms, with clean documentation
  • Staffing and talent pipeline for baristas, chefs, housekeeping, kitchen helpers, store staff
  • Build ready rosters for freelance, part time, and contractual roles
  • Maintain vendor and talent databases, references, rates, compliance docs, visit reports
  • Coordinate timelines between vendors, operations, and finance
  • Track service quality and replace weak vendors quickly

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years in vendor development, procurement, or field operations
  • Own your own mode of transport with valid license
  • Willing to travel across India for vendor audits and onboarding
  • Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow up
  • Excel or Google Sheets working knowledge
  • High integrity, comfort with transparent processes and audits

Compensation

  • ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month depending on experience
  • Travel reimbursements for local and outstation visits

Location

  • Gurgaon base, frequent field travel across NCR and other states
