About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Learning & Development Specialist/Manager
to design, implement, and drive all capability-building initiatives across the organization. This role will own the complete L&D lifecycle — from Training Needs Assessment (TNA/TNI) to planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional leaders and the CEO to shape impactful learning programs that enhance performance, strengthen culture, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end Learning & Development function for the company.
- Conduct
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
and
Training Needs Identification (TNI)
across teams. - Design, plan, and execute training calendars aligned with business goals.
- Develop learning frameworks, competency models, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive measurable outcomes.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct in-house sessions on
POSH, workplace ethics, communication, leadership, team collaboration, feedback culture
, and other interpersonal skills. - Identify and onboard external trainers when required.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end coordination for both virtual and in-person trainings.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand team capability gaps.
- Work with the CEO and senior leadership on new training initiatives and skill development programs.
- Partner with managers to build role-based learning journeys and career development paths.
Process & Compliance
- Build and maintain training documentation, compliance records, and training dashboards.
- Ensure mandatory training compliance (POSH, onboarding modules, policy training, etc.).
- Introduce new learning tools, platforms, and digital solutions to scale L&D.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant L&D experience
in a fast-paced organization (agency experience is a plus). - Strong background in TNA/TNI, content development, training facilitation, and end-to-end program management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results as the sole L&D owner.
- Experience in delivering interpersonal skill training (POSH, ethics, leadership, communication, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern L&D tools, digital learning platforms, assessments, and LMS tools (preferred).
