Requirement:

· B.Com or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

· 1 to 2 year of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role

· Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

· Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules (as applicable)

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Effective communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

· Experience in working with ERP systems

· Exposure to audits and compliance processes

· Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax procedure

Role Description

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

· Handle daily accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations

· Assist in preparing invoices, processing payments, and tracking receivables and payables

· Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, auditors)

· Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements

· Maintain documentation and filing system for financial records
