We are seeking an Accounts Analyst who will be responsible for managing internal company accounts as well as handling client-side accounting activities linked to software implementation. The role includes setup and configuration, client demonstrations, training, support, and ongoing assistance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This position requires extensive travel within the country to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger updates.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and maintain accounts payable/receivable.
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
  • Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Client Accounts & Software Implementation

  • Participate in the end-to-end implementation of accounting or ERP software for clients.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, data structure understanding, and configuration of accounting modules.
  • Execute software setup including chart of accounts, tax settings, financial periods, approval workflows, etc.
  • Provide product demonstrations to clients (pre-implementation and during onboarding).
  • Deliver structured training sessions to client teams on system usage.
  • Offer ongoing support via calls, email, remote sessions, or on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with the technical team for escalations.
  • Assist clients in migration of financial data, testing of transactions, and validation.
  • Ensure timely closure of implementation stages.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (Tally/ERP/Accounting Software experience preferred).
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to understand software workflows and translate them into client requirements.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to client locations within the country.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts, software implementation, or client support (freshers with strong accounting knowledge may be considered).
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must be willing to travel extensively for client visits and project work.
  • Male candidates preferred due to travel requirements
