MANAGER - Research

Roles & Responsibilities (Research - M1)

  • Lead and manage research projects from inception to delivery.

  • Supervise and mentor junior analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs.

  • Conduct primary and secondary research for fact-checking and data verification.

  • Compile research findings into profiles, including writing narrative reports.

  • Carry out financial research, including financial statement analysis, valuations, and relationship identification.

  • Contribute to qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods data collection and research.

  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets for internal reporting and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree.

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with proven leadership in handling projects and teams.
