Job Summary
We are hiring a Relationship Manager (RM) to manage clients, develop business, build strong customer relationships, and support financial product processes. Ideal for candidates with strong communication and sales ability.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable services
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Business Development
- Source new clients through calls, visits, and referrals
- Promote financial/loan products of the company
- Meet monthly business targets
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing
- Collect and verify customer documents
- Maintain CRM sheets, reports, and daily activity logs
Market Awareness
- Monitor competitor activities
- Suggest improvements for better customer experience
Requirements
Must-Have Skills

- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Experience
- Sales / Banking / NBFC experience
- Local market knowledge

Education
Degree is Mandatory (Any Bachelor's Degree)
