Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic 
Senior
HR
to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the recruitment cycle for positions like 
Student Counselors
, 
B2C Sales
, and other organizational needs. You'll also support our HR functions, ensuring a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. 
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment


• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.


• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand position requirements.


• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.

2. 
Onboarding & Orientation


• Managing pre-boarding processes, offer letters, and documentation.


• Conducting orientation sessions to integrate new hires smoothly.


• Ensuring a positive onboarding experience to boost employee engagement.

3. 
Employee Engagement


• Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement activities.


• Maintaining a supportive and collaborative work culture.


• Addressing employee queries and providing HR support.

4. 
HR Administration


• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.


• Assisting with payroll inputs and leave management.


• Coordinating with finance and other departments for seamless operations.

5. 
Compliance & Reporting


• Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.


• Preparing regular HR reports and analytics for management review.

Qualifications


• 
2-3 years
 of experience in HR recruitment or generalist roles.


• Excellent 
communication
 and 
interpersonal skills
.


• Familiarity with best HR practices.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
