PyraMed Telemedicine is a social healthcare venture based in Mumbai, founded by Dr. Ketan Parikh. PyraMed Telemedicine provides innovative telemedicine solutions (
case-based mentorship and guidance to rural doctors across India).
The company is renowned for the PyraMed Model of healthcare, which empowers primary doctors by enabling them to access specialist advice through a customized app. Our mission is to bridge the healthcare gap by empowering primary care providers in underserved regions with access to timely expert support and knowledge.

Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 
Operations Manger
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising tele-calling teams, coordinating sales efforts with a rural outreach focus, and supporting communication and design requirements using tools like Canva.
The role involves coordinating sales activities, optimizing operational processes, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth. The Sales & Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for streamlining operations and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
This role is suited for someone who is passionate about healthcare innovation and eager to create meaningful impact in rural India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Coordination
  • Manage and streamline daily operations of the telemedicine platform.
  • Supervise and guide a team of tele-callers to ensure effective outreach and engagement with rural doctors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technology, mentors, marketing) for smooth case flow and doctor engagement.
  • Sales & Outreach
  • Utilize sales tools and strategies tailored to rural India for doctor onboarding and partnership building.
  • Track leads, conversions, and doctor engagement using CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders, NGOs, and local health authorities.
  • Content & Design
  • Create visually engaging presentations, reports, and outreach material using 
    Canva
    .
  • Support the communication team in preparing training and promotional content for rural doctors.
  • Innovation & Impact
  • Contribute fresh ideas for strengthening rural doctor mentorship programs.
  • Explore unique models to expand PyraMed's reach and improve rural healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, sales support, or program management (healthcare/social sector exposure preferred).
  • Familiarity with sales tools, data-base management and rural market strategies.
  • Proficiency with 
    Canva
     and basic digital marketing/design tools.
  • Strong communication and analyticsl skills (English, Hindi, and preferably regional languages like Marathi).
  • Self-driven, creative mindset with a genuine passion for healthcare innovation.
  • Outstanding Customer Service and Communication skills
