rapid growth phase, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-oriented Sales Operations

Manager to build the engine that powers our sales organization.

The Mission of this Role

This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to build our sales operations function from

the ground up. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be the strategic partner to the Director of

Sales and the operational backbone for our dynamic team of 20 sales professionals. You will architect

the processes, systems, and data infrastructure necessary to scale our B2B sales efforts, eliminate

friction, and drive predictable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Architecture & CRM Management (LeadSquared)
  • Act as the chief architect and primary administrator for our LeadSquared CRM. You will own

its configuration, data integrity, and evolution.

  • Lead a comprehensive data cleaning and scrubbing initiative within LeadSquared to

establish it as the single source of truth for all client and sales activity.

  • Design, implement, and automate a robust lead routing and territory management process

to ensure rapid and equitable distribution of institutional leads.

  • Develop and enforce workflows, validation rules, and automated reminders within

LeadSquared to drive key sales activities and improve follow-up discipline.

Sales Operations Manager -

Job Description

Reporting & Data-Driven Insights

  • Build and maintain a suite of foundational sales performance dashboards and reports for

individual reps, managers, and the executive team.

  • Track and analyze critical B2B KPIs, including pipeline generation, sales velocity, deal

conversion rates, average contract value (ACV), and sales cycle length.

  • Develop a robust sales forecasting methodology in close collaboration with the Director of

Sales.

  • Translate raw data into actionable insights that identify trends, highlight risks, and inform

strategic decisions.

Sales Enablement & Collateral Management

  • Establish and manage a centralized digital repository for all sales collateral, including case

studies, pitch decks, proposals, and competitor battle cards.

  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right content at the right stage of the sales cycle.

Partner with the Director of Sales to streamline the onboarding process for new sales hires,

ensuring they can ramp up quickly and effectively.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as the right-hand person to the Director of Sales on all operational and strategic

matters.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and

alignment on lead quality (MQL to SQL conversion).

  • Work with Finance on commission calculations, forecasting, and revenue recognition

processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Required (Must-Haves)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Finance, etc.).

5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a

B2B technology company.

  • Expert-level proficiency and hands-on administrative experience with LeadSquared is

sales territories from scratch.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel /

Google Sheets.

in a fast-paced environment.

  • A "builder" mentality with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Direct experience in the B2B EdTech or SaaS industry.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google

Data Studio).

  • Experience with sales engagement or marketing automation tools that integrate with

LeadSquared.
