Job Title: Customer Success Executive / Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after the sale.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the SaaS platform.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, and drive renewals.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the customer lifecycle.
- Experience with Customer Success platforms or CRMs (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
