Customer Success Associate – MatAll

Location: Gurugram

Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years (only Females)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who can support customers, coordinate with suppliers, handle basic sales conversations, and keep records updated. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a great experience for our users.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers on WhatsApp/calls with order status, queries, and issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on rates, stock availability, and order updates.
  • Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely responses.
  • Handle basic sales conversations with customers (pricing, product info, alternatives).
  • Maintain clean records of orders, suppliers, and customer interactions.
  • Escalate issues to city operations or product team when needed.
  • Track daily tasks like cancellations, delays, and delivery updates.

What You Need

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
  • Comfortable using apps, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
  • Organized and good at follow-ups.
  • Friendly attitude and willingness to help customers.
  • Ability to multitask and solve small problems quickly.
