Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails & general inquiries
- Manage visitor check-ins/check-outs and maintain records in Excel & CRM
- Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing & documentation)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Qualifications
- Graduate (Hospitality/Aviation background preferred)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Front Desk or Customer Service
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Professional attitude & grooming
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
