Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and oversee the hotel's sales and revenue generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth across corporate, leisure, MICE, and OTA segments.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and overall revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize pricing and positioning.
  • Oversee contracting, rate negotiations, and agreements with key partners.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure profitability.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Ensure excellent client servicing and a consistent guest experience to support repeat business.
  • Work closely with revenue management to ensure optimal room and banquet yield strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and hotel PMS systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong market knowledge and established network within hospitality and travel industries.
  • Ability to lead large-scale sales initiatives and drive strategic partnerships.
  • Expertise in revenue optimization and sales analytics.
  • High energy, result-oriented, and innovative mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
